AlumniGrad becomes youngest member in Sweden to receive Les Clefs d’Or International

Erik Montoya received his keys on January 18th during a ceremony at the Diplomat Hotel in Stockholm

Graduated in 2016, Erik now stands alongside 12 members in Sweden as the youngest member of his section at the age of 24.

I am honoured and proud of joining such a reputable organisation as Les Clefs d'Or, especially at this early stage in my Hospitality career.

Erik’s professional journey started strong following a management program after graduation. Upon completion, he was offered the position of Front Office Supervisor with the 5 star hotel Upper House making him one of the youngest Supervisors’s of a 5-star property in Sweden at the age of 22. Together with the General Manager he developed further the position which today includes the Concierge Service under his supervision.

Erik applied for the Golden Keys to further develop his view of top class service and to open more doors in his career with the ultimate goal to reach a management position by the age of 25.

I have always been in pursuit of great challenges and there is no greater challenge than being able to meet our guests’ expectations by bearing the golden keys that can open any door.
