What I like the most about the program is that I can put into practice the theory I learn, through hotel simulations, event planning, or even restaurant management, which means I get to see what a real work environment looks like. The six-month internship is an amazing way to learn the tricks of the hospitality trade and opens the doors to a lot of future career opportunities.
My favorite class so far is food & beverage management because we are able to apply what we’ve learned and manage a restaurant for a week.
The best thing about the campus in Caux is not only the fact that it’s a castle with an amazing view, but also I get the chance to build friendships and connections with fellow students from all over the world. This is what hospitality is all about!
