The standard program is 36 weeks (two semesters) of on-campus courses, followed by a semester during which the Independent Study project is completed, and an optional paid global internship. For those who need to fast-track their studies, an intensive, 18-week on-campus option is possible in which all courses are completed in 1 semester. See below for more information.

To enroll in the Master of Arts in International Hospitality Business Management / Luxury Brand Management program, you need to:
Be at least 21 years old.
Postgraduate Diploma from Swiss Hotel Management School with an internship, or
Recognized bachelor’s degree (minimum 2.2 Hons) in any discipline or five years of work experience at managerial/ supervisory level in the hospitality industry, plus admissions interview.
Demonstrate English language proficiency in IELTS academic module 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 60 or equivalent. If you don't meet the required English level, you can improve your language and study skills with our English Foundation Program. Please note that if you require a visa, Swiss authorities need to be provided with a valid TOEFL or IELTS score (not older than one year).

No, prior experience in the hospitality industry is not required to enroll in the MA in International Hospitality Business Management program as long as you have a recognized bachelor's degree in any discipline.
