Dr. Ines Klemm holds a PhD in architecture from University of Edinburgh and works holistically in the fields of architecture, interior design and strategy, consulting for companies and individuals worldwide. As the founder of LATRACE, she has developed processes based on scientific methods rooted in the ancient oriental philosophies of color energy, harmony and wellbeing, translating these values and needs into contemporary western design. Her teaching assignments include: SEG and SHMS, EHL, Institut Paul Bocuse, Les Roches Hotel School, Sommet Group, Universities of Applied Sciences in Basel, Lucern, and Dresden. With her company Latrace, she has completed more than 300 architectural and interior design projects in different countries.
With more than 10 years of international exposure to the hospitality industry, Christine Meier has held various marketing positions in Switzerland, Paris, and Bangkok. She first started working at Fairmont Le Montreux Palace and then moved around the world with Accor. She was most recently the Brand Manager for the luxury brand Raffles Hotel and Resorts, based in Paris. Christine is a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and has received various certificates from Cornell University. Christine joined Swiss Education Group as a Product Marketing Manager for SHMS in 2021.
