Before joining the Swiss Education Group in 2014, Claire Jollain worked 10 years in the events industry in France, Spain, and Italy. She collaborated with prestigious luxury brands, organizing fashion shows, ephemeral showrooms, and exceptional gala dinners. She has acquired a solid expertise in the management of luxury clients, thanks to her wedding planner activity. She holds a Master of Science in Marketing and a Master of Arts in Education. She had developped an expertise in teaching the new generation, called Gen Z and she has written several articles about how to manage the next generations. She is currently assistant dean at SHMS (Caux campus).
As a passionate Quality and Learning Development luxury hospitality professional, Robert is looking back with more than 20 years of industry experience in various leadership positions that started with a BA Degree Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada (USA). With a strong Human Resources and multi-cultural background which has enabled Robert to accept a wide variety of positions worldwide in International Hospitality from Las Vegas to Chicago to Paris to Verbier. Robert was a certified Master Trainer with Starwood Hotels and was a member of W Hotels Worldwide HR opening teams in Paris and Verbier. Robert joined SHMS/IHTTI as a Lecturer in 2015 and is now Head of Career Services with SHMS/ IHTTI.
Amanda, from South Korea, is in her second year of the Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality & Events Management. As part of her studies, she has completed an international internship in Hong Kong. Amanda will share with you her internship experience and tell you more about student life at SHMS Caux campus.
Alexander, from Canada, is in his final semester of the Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management. He will share with you his study experience and journey through these three years of the bachelor’s program. And he will be happy to answer your questions.
