Kai Janotta, Operations Manager
Mr Janotta comes from Germany where he studied economics and trained as a mechatronic technician. After joining SHMS in 2003, he obtained his BA (Hons) in hospitality management in 2008. As Assistant Operations Manager, Mr Janotta is responsible amongst other things for up to 450 students' welfare and discipline, as well as supervising the security of the students, staff and facilities. In his role, he is responsible for the overall operations in Caux and also assists with the planning and organisation of special events.

Hing Joon Liow, Assistant Operations Manager
Mr Liow has been working at SHMS Caux since 2001 and is responsible for the smooth running of the three restaurants in Caux.  He graduated from "Les Roches" in Bluche in 1982 and then gained experience in different restaurants and hotels in Austria and Switzerland including owning his own restaurant for 5 years.
