Dolunay Süess, Academic Director
Mrs Süess joined SHMS Caux in 2001 after working in the Sales and Marketing departments of several international organisations. From teacher to programme leader and now as the Academic Dean of Caux she enjoys contributing to the growth of students from all around the world.
Mrs. Süess has an MBA and is currently completing her Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Durham University.

Ewa Maciejewski, Third Year Programme Leader
Ewa Maciejewski studied Architecture at Cambridge University UK, and then went on to work as an Architect and Project Manager in Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East, gaining experience in managing large-scale, international projects. She is an experienced Architect, Project Manager, and Educator. She has taught at Cambridge University, Greenwich University and University of Portsmouth UK. Having actively moved across different countries, cultures and work environments, she brings a broad range of competencies and perspectives to her work, along with expertise in the area of  the Practice of Management.

Sean Lees, Second Year Programme Leader
Since joining SHMS as a lecturer in  2009, Mr Lees has relished the international atmosphere and rarified mountain air of Caux, where he is currently enjoying the role of Lecturer and Second Year Program Leader.   
His  teaching career began as a 16 year-old,  teaching windsurfing in Australia.  His business career commenced two years later when he set up his own sailing school. It was sufficiently successful to put him through university, where he received a BA (Hons) and a PG Dip (Marketing), which in turn assisted him to a successful career in Market Research, Recruitment and Corporate Training.

Mark Urech, First Year Programme Leader
Mr Urech joined SHMS in 2010 taking on the role of 2nd year programme leader. As a graduate of the Swiss Hotelfachschule in Luzern, he brings to SHMS his vast experience in both the hospitality industry and business management and has recently graduated with an MBA with emphasis on marketing from the University of Liverpool. Mr Urech has worked as an F&B manager in the Asia/South Pacific region and managed restaurants and bars in Switzerland. He was responsible for the creation of one of Switzerland's first internet cafes, has worked for a luxury wine import/ export company and has had his own sales and marketing consultancy business. Mr Urech is passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoys sharing his knowledge with the leaders of tomorrow.

David Barnard, PG Programme Leader

Gessica Gelsomini, Language Programme Leader
Mrs Gelsomini has taught at SHMS since 2008, following her dream of teaching languages.  She graduated from the University of Lausanne after studying Italian and French literature, history of art and journalism.
