SHMS Brings Swiss Pastry to Cyprus!


Patrick Gelnoz, pastry chef at SHMS Caux, brought his famous Swiss Technique to Cyprus where he spent several days training the staff of the Amathus Group of Hotels the art of Swiss pastry.  The training days were followed by a highly successful “Swiss Pastry Fantasy” evening organised at the Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol.  SHMS will remain on the lips of guests at Amathus Hotels with the creation of an SHMS dessert which will feature on the menu throughout this summer.
