SHMS Opens Restaurant to the Public

For the first time in its history, the Swiss Hotel Management School will open a restaurant to the general public. This exciting new concept will be based in the historic “Buffet de la Gare” in Caux and open from Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner and on Sunday for a brunch service. The restaurant will delight diner’s senses with a traditional and international menu in a setting that takes advantage of the spectacular views from Caux.

An official opening was held on Sunday the 2nd of September with special guests, Mr Laurent Wehrli, Mayor of Montreux and Mr Claude Nobs, CEO and founder of the Montreux Jazz Festival in attendance. Guests were impressed with the renovations that have taken place over the summer, which give a fresh lease of life to a historic restaurant.
