Oysters anyone?


Did you know that oysters are rich in vitamins and minerals and low in fat and therefore calories?  The Swiss Connoisseur Master Class this evening was an introduction to the noble oyster.  From it’s life cycle to production techniques and wine matching.  Of course, theory should be followed by practice and Chef De Brito showed students the how to shuck an oyster and enjoy the taste of this fine food.
