 “I studied at the Swiss Hotel Management School for a period of 5 years and completed a Masters Degree in Hospitality Management. 

I gained valuable knowledge during my time in Switzerland and was privileged to do my internships in various parts of the Country. I began by chopping vegetables during my first internship in Zurich and have risen through the ranks to Head of Sales & Marketing at the Windsor Golf Hotel. 

The Windsor Club has Victorian designed buildings set within colourful  landscaped gardens, overlooking a remarkable fusion of indigenous forest and a championship golf course.  This is what defines the Windsor Golf Hotel & Country Club as East Africa’s premier resort.  The Windsor is a true five-star experience to be enjoyed in an environmental haven of wildlife, bird life and man-made water features away from the noise and pollution of Nairobi’s busy city centre. 

SHMS created in me a strong foundation of what the hotel industry is all about. The practical and theoretical knowledge I learned will always guide me in my day to day encounters with my clients. The course I studied called ‘managing cultural diversity,’ taught me the fundamentals of appreciating diverse cultures in the global hospitality industry. I use these skills every day as I interact with different clients from around the world.

I have to say that I have never looked back since finishing my studies and thank the entire SEG Community for offering me a golden opportunity to take this industry to the next level.“
